Just want people to know that Justin Ellmaker from Parisi Speed School has been working with Joey Lavallee getting him ready for Fargo and the World Championships in Hungary. The short time trainning we have seen huge gains in Strength and speed and expect alot more by August. If you want to get an edge on your competition the # is 851-7171 or parisi@ddaconline.com

Thanks Justin saw a big difference in Joeys wrestling at Nationals very explosive on his attacks.
