It was a great crowd at the Cox tonight. Some very heated action going on. Some very good action going on. I am not sure who won the 2A team title, but it came down to the last match between Pershing County vs Yerington. PC had a three point lead going into the final match with its 2 time State champ who was the # 2 seed from the North this year to the Yerington Hvywght who was the Regional champ this year. PC was up by 1 late in the third when Yerington reversed to take a 1 point lead with 30 seconds left. Yerington big man rode him out to get the win. Good action. The 195 lb 3A match was so intense with Boulder City getting a late reversal to win over elko. Sorry I don't know the names of those competitors, but great job out there.
4A team title stays with the JV's again. Nice first State title to Green Valley & their team,
