I have a contact list in MS Outlook in the business card format. How can I save to a backup.

Hi older,
The procedure is slightly different for different versions of Outlook, but is basically an Export function.
To find the specific directions for your version of Outlook:
Open Outlook
Click Help
Type in create backup of Contacts
Select the topic that matches the request and you'll open your browser with detail instructions in performing this task.
